The Guidelines for Practice for Court-Appointed Lawyers Representing
Children in Cases Involving Child Custody or Child Access

A day-long training for attorneys to comply with the Maryland Rules’ Appendix 19-D, Guidelines for Practice for Court-Appointed Attorneys and serve as court-appointed Child Privilege, Best Interest, and Child Advocate Attorneys.
