Chamber Chats
(a subsection of the New Practitioner Section)

Please join us on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 12:30 PM, with the Honorable Joan E. Ryon.  The Chamber Chat will be held in the Courtroom 5F jury room, in the South Tower of the Circuit Court.  This is an excellent opportunity for practitioners, both new and experienced, to gain insight and knowledge in how to refine your trial advocacy skills, become a better lawyer and to get to know Judge Ryon.  The Chamber Chat is open to all members of the Bar, not only members of the New Practitioner’s Section.  We encourage all to join and hope that you will!

Judge Ryon has been a Judge on the Circuit Court bench since August 8, 2013.  Prior to that, she was a Family Division Master for the Circuit Court from 2000 through 2013.  Judge Ryon is currently in the Juvenile rotation and beginning July 2017 will be on the Family rotation.  Bring your lunch and take advantage of this opportunity to get to know a member of our Circuit Court bench in an informal setting, ask Judge Ryon questions about practicing law in the Circuit Court and learn essential litigation skills

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at (301) 738-5700 or  We hope to see you at the Chamber Chat!
