Intellectual Property & Technology Law Section

The Intellectual Property & Technology Section is having a holiday meeting on December 7th.  Section Co-Chair Ray Van Dyke will speak about The Top Ten IP Cases for 2017.  Of course, if any IP Section members have any ideas on speakers or wish to speak please contact Ray Van Dyke or Michael Greenberg for more information.

In early 2018, Ray Van Dyke will reprise his IP basics series on patent, copyright, trademark and trade secrets taught in 2015-2016.  The series will be of interest to both novices desirous of learning more about IP as well as IP practitioners.  Please feel free to contact Ray if you have any questions on the IP Basics series.  Ray has taught a class on IP Basics for almost 20 years covering various aspects of IP, law and technology, and is pleased to support the BAMC.  Please mark your calendars.  Materials will be distributed to attendees.

If you have possible topics for Section Meetings or CLE Seminars, please contact Ray Van Dyke or Michael L. Greenberg to discuss.
