Mentor/Mentee Committee

The Mentor-Mentee Committee is hosting an introductory mentor-mentee happy hour on November 9, 2016, at Gordon Biersch, located in the Rockville Town Center at 200 East Middle Lane, Unit A, Rockville, Maryland.  Members of the Bar Association who are part of the mentor-mentee program are invited to come and meet with their fellow mentor/mentees beginning at 5:30 p.m.  If you have already applied to the program and have not received a mentor/mentee assignment yet, please come to the happy hour and introduce yourself! Beginning at 6:30 p.m. this event is open to all members of the Bar and all new-practitioners and seasoned-practitioners alike are encouraged to come and meet and mingle with your fellow colleagues.  RSVPs are appreciated (but not necessary) and may be submitted to:
Emily Gelmann:
     EGelmann@steinsperling.com
Elizabeth McInturff:
     emcinturff@steinsperling.com
Josh Bienstock:

The mentor/mentee program is still accepting new mentor/mentees! This program is designed to aid new attorneys in developing and shaping their future careers through the support, guidance, and recommendations of a senior practitioner. If you have been practicing law for more than seven years, the Mentor/Mentee Committee is looking for your help to mentor and develop the next generation of attorneys in the Montgomery County Bar Association. If you have been practicing law for less than seven years and would like guidance from a mentor, we encourage you to apply to get a mentor. Applications to become a mentor or a mentee are available at http://www.barmont.org/?164.  They can be submitted to Emily Gelmann at egelmann@steinsperling.com.
